Starting December 14, 2015, our physician, Dr. Treva Tyson, will be out on medical leave. She is expected to be out of the office for 3-4 months. If Dr. Tyson is your physician and you have a health concern or need an appointment, please call us at 919-781-7500. Our staff will assist you in scheduling an appointment with one of our providers to ensure that you receive the care you need.
Below is a letter from Dr. Tyson to her patients.
To my patients:
I will be out of the office on medical leave over the next few months. During my absence, I am fortunate to have the best medical practice backing me up. I have complete confidence that you will receive thorough, comprehensive care by the providers of Wake Internal Medicine, Wake Gastro, Wake Women’s Health, and Wake Sports Medicine. Our urgent care, Rx Urgent Care, is also available to you. Please contact our office at 919-781-7500 if you need an appointment or have health concerns, as I will not have any access to your clinical records during this medical leave of absence.
All of our providers have access to your medical records and care plan through our electronic medical record. Please be patient as our providers review your records in order to best assist you.
